Melange de Luxe Refund Policy
Return: There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order (possibly the day your parcel arrives at the parcel shop or your order is ready for pick up). Return costs are your own responsibility.
A notice must be given to us by e-mail mdl@melangedeluxe.dk if you wish to return. This notice must be given before you return your item. In the message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to use your right of withdrawal, remember to state the order number.
*If you choose to use your right of withdrawl on your order, you must also return the gift you have received. If you do not send the gift back, we expressly point out that you will be deducted against the value of the gift when we process your return order.
Condition of the item: When you return your item, you are liable for any deterioration in the item's value due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it functions. In other words – you can try the product on, in the same way as if you tried it on in a physical store. If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. All tags, straps and tags must be intact upon dispatch. There must be no traces of make-up, the smell of cream/perfume, dirt or anything else. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it. Jewellery, stockings and underwear (bodysuit/panty/bra) are NOT returned due to hygienic reasons.
Stock: As we are a small shop, there may be out-of-stock items. Therefore, the product is only available if stock is available. We reserve the right for out-of-stock items.

Trading Conditions
Payment: MÉLANGE de LUXE accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, American Express, ViaBill, JCB, PayPal and MobilePay. Card payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. If your order is a pre-order, it may happen that your money is withdrawn before your order is sent.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT. MÈLANGE de LUXE uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Delivery: MÈLANGE de LUXE ships on all weekdays, within 1-3 days if your order is in stock. If your order is a made-to-order item, there may be a longer waiting time, this will be informed before ordering. We ship with track/trace from GLS, and reserve the right for any delays that may happen at GLS.
Right of complaint: There is a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. The complaint does NOT apply to errors or damage caused by improper handling of the product. Including errors during washing etc and general wear and tear. In the case of returns, contact and complaints should be sent to: MÈLANGE de LUXE, Dronningens Tvaergade 28 1302 København K. We do not accept packages sent on cash on delivery. The package must be sent with Track/Trace with delivery TO the store.
Refund: If a refund has been agreed, please send bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
